"All the Things About Us" is a compelling and poignant narrative that intricately weaves together the lives of diverse, fictional, characters facing their own trials and triumphs–designed to mimic those frequently felt throughout the mental health community. Each character is designed to resonate with the reader in some form, allowing us to see ourselves in the faces on each page, celebrating their successes, and understanding their struggles. In this deeply moving story, individuals from various walks of life find unexpected connections and solace through a transformative organization called Letters Against Depression (a real mental health service that readers can take advantage of as well!). As they grapple with mental health challenges, societal expectations, and personal struggles, each character's journey unfolds through their own story, as well as within the stories of characters on other pages, revealing the ways that strangers touch our lives each day. The collection narratives explore the profound impact of shared experiences, the resilience of the human spirit, and the beauty of reaching out for help in times of need. "All the Things About Us" is a powerful exploration of interconnected lives, the transformative nature of compassion, and the unwavering unity of the mental health community.

Relating the characters to each other was an astute move.
